• Days, Full-time, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments and rehabilitation services to patients.
• Complete required documentation accurately and promptly, including some direct communication with ATI prior to clearance.
• Follow all licensing, credentialing, and facility-specific protocols.
• Adhere to dress code, parking, and other site-specific policies.
• Maintain active licensure and compliance with all state and facility requirements.
• Participate in credentialing and onboarding processes as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Active physical therapist license for South Carolina (no compact licenses accepted).
• Experience in setting up and performing physical therapy treatments.
• Ability to complete documentation and communicate effectively with referral sources.
• Willingness to start with a compact license but transition quickly to a permanent license.
• Equipment will be provided during the interview process.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital, outpatient, or rehabilitation setting.
• Familiarity with ATI or similar healthcare providers.
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
