Schedule / Job Type
• Rotating shifts, full-time, day shift with alternating call

Key Responsibilities
• Perform dual certified vascular and ultrasound procedures, ensuring accurate imaging and diagnosis.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment valued at approximately $700,000, ensuring proper usage and longevity.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and radiology personnel to facilitate patient procedures and gather relevant clinical data.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met, monitoring supplies and equipment for optimal performance.
• Provide exceptional patient care during long procedures, maintaining professionalism and adherence to protocols.
• Respond promptly to emergency or disaster situations as required.

Required Qualifications
• Graduate of an allied health program such as Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine, or Nursing, or from an accredited ultrasound program.
• Current registration as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) and a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, making accurate medical judgments.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and clinical data interpretation.
• Excellent communication skills for interactions with medical teams and patients.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• prior experience with vascular ultrasound procedures.
• Familiarity with PACS hardware, radiology computer terminals, and ultrasound equipment.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitasking during procedures.
