Job Title
- Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Med/Surgical and Telemetry setting
- Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records using electronic health record systems
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies during night shifts
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Med/Surgical setting
- Valid state or compact nursing license in Ohio at the time of submission
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Proficiency in IV starts and telemetry monitoring
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Ability to manage patient ratios of 1:4-5 efficiently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
