- Full-time, 12-hour night shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized telemetry nursing care to patients in a hospital setting.
- Pass required ECG/telemetry and medication tests during onboarding with only one attempt allowed.
- Float to similar units and overflow areas as needed.
- Adhere to clinical protocols and maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Participate in biweekly orientation sessions and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg Telemetry experience.
- Ability to pass the Telemetry Competency Exam with an 85% passing score.
- Current AHA BLS Certification.
- AHA ACLS Certification.
- Knowledge of critical pathways and prior charge nurse experience preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous charge nursing experience.
- Excellent critical thinking and bedside skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to float and overflow assignments.
