Job Title
- Registered Nurse - CVICU
Location
- Florence, SC
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 3 shifts per week, nights (7 p.m. - 7 a.m.), with holiday rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to cardiac and neuro patients in the CVICU
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient conditions, respond to emergencies, and manage complex medical equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records
- Participate in holiday and weekend rotations, including on-call duties within scope of practice
- Float between units or facilities as needed, following scope guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Valid SC license or Compact license prior to start
- Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience, preferably 2 years, with cardiac and neuro experience
- Current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications
- Ability to work nights and participate in holiday rotations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in acute care hospital settings
- Comfortable floating between units and facilities
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
