Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care on an adult acute care unit with a focus on medical and behavioral health conditions
- Work 3 twelve-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) within a Complex Intervention Unit
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care to patients with co-occurring medical and behavioral health needs
- Float within scope to meet facility staffing requirements
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health record system
- Adhere to hospital protocols, safety procedures, and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid South Carolina RN license or multi-state/compact license applicable for South Carolina
- Minimum of 1 year of hospital Med-Surg experience
- Experience working with EPIC electronic health record system
- Current BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in acute care or psychiatric settings involving complex patient needs
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced trauma center environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
