• Day shifts, Full-time, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for long-term acute care (LTAC) patients in various units, including subacute, pulmonary, and memory care.
• Work as a float across multiple units such as subacute rehab, households, and specialized care areas, following facility protocols.
• Assist with post-operative care, wound management, chronic illness management, and respiratory support, including ventilator care.
• Recognize patient needs, deliver individualized care, and document responses accurately.
• Comply with all facility policies, including time and attendance strictness, and participate in required training modules.
• Support a team environment focused on patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Maryland or Compact State LVN / LPN license at time of submission.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term or acute care setting.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Understanding of long-term care, pulmonary, and memory care unit operations.
• Ability to work flexible float shifts within hospital settings.
• References required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for ventilator-dependent patients.
• Past work in LTAC or similar long-term acute care environments.
• Knowledge of dementia and cognitive impairment patient care.
