Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients based on individual treatment plans
- Assess patient conditions and develop personalized therapy programs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Document patient treatments and progress in accordance with clinical standards
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Relevant degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent
- Strong understanding of physical therapy techniques and protocols
- Ability to assess patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in similar clinical settings
- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and equipment
- Bilingual skills are a plus
