Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with clinical guidelines and best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to meet clinical goals.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and licensing requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, plans, and progress.

Required Qualifications

• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Nebraska.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, required upon hire.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.
• Additional certifications or specialized training in occupational therapy.
• Ability to develop niche expertise in specific patient populations or therapy techniques.
