Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, day shift, 4 shifts per week, approximately 10 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care in a surgical operating room setting
- Assist with surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Collaborate with surgical teams to maintain sterile environments and support workflow
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols
- Participate in biweekly orientation sessions and ongoing training as required
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of operating room experience
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts
- Surgical or perioperative nursing experience required
- Ability to work day shifts, approximately 10 hours per shift
- BILH coversheet required at submission
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Beth Israel Lahey Health system preferred but not required if separated for at least six months
- Comfortable working scheduled on-call hours within assigned shifts
