• Full-time, Days shifts, 8 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in a surgical setting within a multi-suite operating room environment.
• Perform circulating duties and assist with various surgical cases including gynecology, general surgery, urology, orthopedics, spine, eye, and vascular procedures.
• Support the operation of a hybrid OR equipped with advanced robotic systems, including Xi and SP robots.
• Collaborate with surgical nurses, scrub techs, and team leads to ensure smooth workflow and patient safety.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and certifications, including BLS.
• Support emergent cases and team needs as a charge RN or scrub assistant when required.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (Illinois or in process of transfer, with prior experience as an OR nurse in another state).
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in an operating room setting, such as charge RN, team lead, or managerial role.
• Proven experience as a circulating nurse in an operating room environment.
• BLS certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in hospital or ambulatory surgery center OR environments.
• Familiarity with robotic surgical systems such as Xi and SP robots.
• Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling including early mornings, late shifts, and on-call accountability.
