Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and treatment details, including some documentation directly with ATI outside of initial clearance requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement therapy programs.
• Maintain active licensure and comply with all credentialing and licensing requirements.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding attire and parking; equipment will be provided during interviews.

Required Qualifications

• Active and valid physical therapy license.
• Experience in setting and implementing therapy plans.
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately.
• Availability to work five 8-hour shifts per week.
• Credentialing requirements met per contract QA standards.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with ATI or similar healthcare providers is desirable.
• Familiarity with credentialing processes and documentation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
