Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assistance to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
- Support therapeutic activities under the supervision of licensed therapists.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans using Rehab Optima (NetHealth) system.
- Assist in implementing treatment programs to improve patient mobility and daily functioning.
- Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements and facility protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
- Proven SNF experience.
- Knowledge of Rehab Optima (NetHealth) or similar electronic medical records systems.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing settings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
