4-10’s, variable shifts/days General job duties. Types of procedures required. The Radiologic Technologist performs various radiographic procedures used in diagnosis and treatment of disease, requiring independent and professional judgment. They also evaluate radiographs for quality and provides patient care. They assume responsibility for designated assignments and performs related work as required and duties are delegated in relation to the degree of training and in accordance with the policies of Asante and respective to state laws governing such action and activities. Exams include but not limited to: Chest, abdomen, pelvis, all extremity exams, skull, spine, various fluoro procedures, portable exams, OR exams (C-arm) Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) Fuji DR Rooms, Siemens Fluoro room, GE Fluoro room, Fuji and GE portable, GE C-arms, Epic EHR Required skills and minimum years of experience. 1 year Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc) ARRT RT(R), BLS Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?) Employee may have to work alone at times, call is not required, weekends are required Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 125 bed hospital, 2 DR rooms, 3 portable machines, 3 C-arms Dress Code: scrubs, closed toe shoes Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program. Direct supervision and training will be provided by existing staff for 1 to 2 weeks
