Data Collection : Unit Information: Cath Lab Location: HCA Houston Medical Center Address:1313 Hermann Houston, Texas 77004 Floor:2nd Building:HCA Medical Center General Information Tell us about the unit(s): · Number of Beds – 3 Cath Labs · Number of Staff – 3-4 Staff per room · Type of staff: o Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) o Night Shift – · Patient Ratios – · Type of equipment – · EMR – Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Interventional and EO Skills Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · ACLS · Previous Cath Lab experience · BLS · Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. · Structural Heart experience, TAVR, Mitra Clips ect. · List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · EP · Device implants · Structural Heart · Best personality Fit: · We have a solid team that is very cohesive and will make them feel welcome. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: · Floating Area(s): · No Dress Code : · Scrub Color/Attire – Any Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. · Weekends and On call(if any) · On call for after hour cases. Very little call backs as we are not a STEMI facility although we can perform them.
