CIS or ARRT required for Cath Lab BLS, ACLS, ARRT, RCIS certs required. Diagnostic Cardiac Cath, Interventional Cardiac Cath, STEMI, IABP, Impella, Tandem Heart, Structural Heart (PFO, TAVR, Mitral Clip) Interventional Radiology: Lines, Drains, Embolizations, Lower/upper extremities, Fistulas, Visceral Angio/intervention, Stroke Thrombectomy. Neurointervention CRM Device implants Daily Caseload: 15-25 On Call Required As Needed No Floating If your traveler has worked for any Providence affiliated facility as a perm staff – they must be separated from the health system for a minimum of 6 months to qualify for a travel contract.” Candidates permanent address cannot be within 50 miles of facility.
