40 hours (8 hour days), 1 night of call per week and 1-2 call weekends per month *****Will not have to work the Christmas holiday***** 1. General job duties. Types of procedures required. Assist in transferring patients to and from OR suite. Assist with cleanup of room. Assist with RN circulator, ordering and restocking medications, prepares and passes instruments. 2. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) EPIC 3. Required skills and minimum years of experience. 1 year of experience or more 4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc) BLS, ND UAP required (must have temp license in hand even to start orientation). 5. Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?) 7am – 3:30pm M-F and on call one night per week and two weekends per month plus rotating holidays. 6. Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?) NA 7. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 3 OR suites 8. Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only) NA 9. Dress Code: Provided 10. Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program. 1-2 weeks training
