About the Role:

• Oversee patient care, follow nursing regulations, and fulfill the organization's priorities
• Evaluate patients, identify nursing diagnoses, create personalized care plans, and assess patient responses
• Utilize nursing judgment and reasoning to make precise health assessments, ensuring these assessments align with standard practices
• Demonstrate caring practices by addressing both emotional and physical discomfort, aiming to foster healing and prevent excess distress

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care • Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans, ensuring individualized attention to each patient's needs • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes • Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing protocols, research, and best practices to continuously improve patient care • Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting staff well-being and job satisfaction

Requirements:

• Completed established program in Nursing • At least 2 years of experience in the field • Registered Nurse License • Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of being hired
