Job Title: LVN/LPN - Long Term Care/Senior Living Facility

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a Long Term Care/Senior Living Facility in Greensboro, NC. As an LVN/LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with facility policies and procedures • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians • Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care • Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including vital signs and medical history • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, including medical history, medications, and treatment plans

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of recent LPN experience in Long Term Care or Senior Living Facility setting • Experience in Post-Acute Care (PAC) or Geriatric Care preferred • Current NC or Compact License to Practice Nursing • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required • Ability to pass a background check and provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly rate of $52.00, plus 7% fee and payment election fee • 8-week assignment with the possibility of extension • Day shift schedule, 7a-7p, with 36 hours per week • Weekend rotation and holiday coverage as needed • Opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive and collaborative environment
