Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient, inpatient, swing bed, and home health physical therapy services to a diverse caseload of 60-70% outpatient and 30-40% inpatient care.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions.
- Support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals through evidence-based therapy interventions.
- Assist with patient education and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) license.
- CPR certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or home health settings.
- Spanish language proficiency.
