Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, temporary (13- to 26-week contracts)
• Dayshift, with flexibility to work 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days
• Must be open to working 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a clinic setting
• Support a patient-centered care model with a supportive leadership team
• Manage a caseload averaging 55-63 patients weekly
• Document patient progress using Raintree EMR system
• Adapt schedule as needed, including optional evening hours
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient therapy experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings
• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Proficient in documentation and use of EMR systems
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in outpatient or clinic environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented setting
