• Full-time, Contract (13-26 weeks), Day shifts, flexible start and contract length, building to 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a clinic setting, including manual therapy, post-surgical rehab, and return-to-sport programs
• Administer treatment plans in alignment with a patient-centered care model
• Support a supportive and collaborative leadership team
• Manage an average patient load of 55-63 patients per week
• Work scheduled hours with flexibility for 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days, including two evenings per week until 7:30 pm
• Document patient progress accurately using Raintree EMR system

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months outpatient therapy experience or 1 year of broad PT experience in other settings
• Valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts
• Ability to work flexible hours and evenings as required
• Comfortable working with a variety of treatment modalities including manual therapy and post-surgical rehab

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient clinics or sports rehab preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and diverse patient needs

Additional Details

• Clinic hours: Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 7:30 pm; Saturday 8:00 am - 2:00 pm; closed Sundays
• Must complete three HealthStream modules before assignment; reimbursed upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked
