Key Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose communication, speech, language, and cognitive disorders in patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy sessions to improve patient speech and language functions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
• Support patients in achieving optimal communication abilities.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Excellent assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or rehabilitation centers.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance processes.
