Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients according to treatment plans and assessments.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Adhere to all licensing, safety, and documentation regulations.
• Set up and operate equipment required for patient treatments during interview.

Required Qualifications

• Active licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
• Experience with setting up and using therapy equipment.
• Ability to work Days shifts as scheduled.
• Credentialing requirements met, including completion of necessary documentation with ATI if applicable.
• Must be available to start on 11/10.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in outpatient or similar settings.
• Knowledge of documentation and compliance standards.
