Key Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric critical care nursing to patients in various pediatric units, including PICU, NICU, and CVPICU, within a hospital setting.
• Float within scope to meet facility needs across all pediatric units.
• Work 3 scheduled 12-hour night shifts per week, with the possibility of floating shifts as required.
• Participate in rotating weekend and holiday schedules.
• Adhere to patient ratios of 1:2 or 1:3 depending on unit needs.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital protocols and patient safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license for South Carolina or in a multi-state/compact license region.
• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric ICU experience.
• BLS and PALS certifications (American Heart Association accepted).
• Ability to float to all pediatric units as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with ECMO and CRRT is preferred.
• Open to first-time candidates if they meet experience requirements.
• Ability to accommodate a block schedule with manager approval.
