Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients following prescribed treatment plans.
• Complete documentation accurately and promptly, including requirements outside of standard clearance procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain an active license and adhere to facility protocols and standards.
• Support patient recovery and rehabilitation goals through effective therapy techniques.

Required Qualifications

• Active State License as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in clinical setting with physical therapy practice.
• Ability to work full-time days, with 8-hour shifts.
• Equipment provided during interview.
• Credentialing and contract QA requirements fulfilled.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting.
• Knowledge of setting-specific protocols and procedures.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
