• Full-time, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour days, ICU specialty, Days shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to adult and geriatric ICU patients with a focus on cardiovascular health.
• Manage ventilated patients, interpret ABGs, and perform patient assessments.
• Administer IV medications, including insulin protocols, blood products, and manage IV lines such as arterial lines, central lines, and PICC lines.
• Monitor and interpret dysrhythmias, perform suctioning, and ensure patient safety.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience.
• Cardiac and open heart experience, including balloon pump management.
• ACLS certification.
• BLS certification.
• Valid ICU nursing license.
• In-person certifications for NIH, VIP, MAB, or CPI courses required.
• Experience with IV insertion, arterial line management, and ventilated patient care.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with adult and geriatric populations.
• Strong critical care assessment skills and adherence to protocols.
