Schedule / Job Type

• Rotating shifts, 1 shift per week, full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of patient care within the scope of practice in the operating room setting
• Provide patient education tailored to individual needs before, during, and after procedures
• Transcribe, utilize, and implement protocols and physician orders accurately
• Coordinate with the healthcare team and delegate appropriate tasks to ancillary personnel within the surgical environment
• Perform other duties as assigned to support surgical services operation

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Valid RN license in good standing with the State of Wyoming
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must obtain within 60 days of hire if not already certified)
• Valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (must obtain within six months of hire if required for shift or sedation)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous hospital or operating room experience preferred
• CNOR Certification is a plus
