Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Day shifts, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting
- Conduct 10-14 patient visits daily, with sessions typically lasting 40-60 minutes each
- Implement therapy plans tailored to individual patient needs, focusing on recovery and improvement
- Collaborate with the healthcare team, including a Director of Rehab, to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Perform therapy sessions primarily for Part B patients, with limited group or concurrent therapy
- Maintain documentation and progress notes in accordance with hospital policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license for the state of Mississippi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous outpatient therapy experience preferred but recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
