Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services in accordance with patient needs and treatment plans.
• Complete documentation related to patient care and therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and credentialing requirements.
• Maintain active licensure, equipment, and any required certifications.
Required Qualifications
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Experience in patient setting(s).
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Equipment provided during interview.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior outpatient or inpatient therapy experience.
• Familiarity with credentialing processes and documentation protocols.
