Job Title
• Therapist - Respiratory Therapist

Location
• Johns Island, SC

Schedule / Job Type
• Nights, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift (7 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide adult respiratory therapy within a high-acuity environment, including ICU, stepdown units, and general floors
• Work in a fast-paced, adult critical care setting, handling high acuity cases effectively
• Cover night shifts with potential on-call duties as required
• Participate in rotating weekend schedule, every other weekend
• Float between service lines and units as needed, with flexibility to cover various cases

Required Qualifications
• Valid SC Respiratory Care Provider (RCP) license in hand prior to start
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) credential
• Minimum of 1 year adult critical care experience
• Experience with EPIC and Cerner charting systems preferred
• Ability to work in high-acuity environments such as ICU, stepdown, and general floors

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in adult ICU, stepdown, and floor care environments
• Familiarity with high-stress, high-volume clinical scenarios

Additional Notes
• Must adhere to radius rule within 60 miles; local candidates considered on a case-by-case basis at a reduced bill rate
• Open to travelers accepting pending state license, with license in hand required at start
• RTO requests must be included at the time of submission and approved based on facility needs
• Hurricane season (June to November) may involve emergency response duties; travelers should plan accordingly
