• Full-time, 3 days per week, day shifts (12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide adult respiratory therapy services in a freestanding emergency department
• Manage high-acuity cases in ICU, step-down, and floor environments
• Work collaboratively within a critical care team, ensuring quality patient care
• Document patient care accurately using Epic and Cerner systems
• Fulfill on-call responsibilities as assigned
• Adapt to floating between service lines as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid RRT credential and SC Respiratory Care Provider license in hand at start
• Active BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of adult critical care experience
• Ability to work in high-acuity environments such as ICU, step-down, and floor care
• Must have experience with Epic and Cerner charting systems (preferred)
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend
• Authorization to work within a 60-mile radius of Johns Island, SC

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume emergency department
• Knowledge of adult critical care protocols and procedures
• Prior experience with radiation badge policies is not required
