Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols.
- Support emergency department, inpatient units, and operating room with imaging needs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper patient identification.
- Operate and troubleshoot radiology equipment to produce high-quality images.
- Adhere to safety protocols and radiation protection standards.
- Provide excellent patient care and support throughout imaging procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Vocational or technical training in Medical Radiography.
- MA Radiologic Technologist license in Radiography.
- Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Competency in OR procedures and technical computer skills relevant to imaging systems.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience supporting emergency departments or inpatient care.
- Prior work within hospital or clinical radiology environments.
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and call shifts.
