Schedule / Job Type
Rotating shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical review and care for pediatric intensive care patients
- Adhere to rotating shift schedule, including night shifts and weekends
- Cover 2 out of 3 winter holidays as scheduled
- Work every other weekend to support patient care needs
- Utilize BLS and PALS certifications to ensure safety and compliance
- Participate in pediatric cardiac care is a plus
Required Qualifications
- Valid VA state nursing license (can submit with pending license)
- At least 1 year of nursing experience; 2+ years preferred
- BLS certification is required, PALS certification highly preferred
- Willingness to work rotating, night shifts, and holidays
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Pediatric cardiac care experience
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
