Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Nights shifts, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in intermediate care, progressive care, and stepdown units with an emphasis on cardiac monitoring and complex patient management.
• Manage chest tubes, fresh trachs, feeding tubes, and post-operative patients.
• Administer epidurals and manage non-titratable cardiac drips, IV insulin protocols, and insulin titration.
• Conduct Doppler flap checks and support patients with external BiPAP/CPAP devices.
• Float to different levels of care as needed, including Med-Surg, PCU, and ICU, with provided resources.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant RN experience in acute care.
• Proficient in cardiac monitoring and unit management of critical care patients.
• Current licensure as a registered nurse.
• Eligibility for all required certifications including ACLS and BCLS.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience managing patients with ENT surgeries, thoracic procedures, urology surgeries, and complex postoperative care.
• Comfortable with external BiPAP/CPAP use and managing advanced airway care.
• Ability to adapt to floating protocol within different care units.
