Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Operating Room

• Sioux Falls, SD

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, day shifts, 4 days per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide perioperative nursing care in a hospital operating room setting.
• Circulate for one OR room, ensuring patient safety and proper procedure execution.
• Adhere to surgical dress code and maintain professional standards during shifts.
• Work independently in 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts, including weekends, evenings, and call shifts (average one to two per month).
• Float within various units/departments as needed, with specific training and orientation provided.
• Complete orientation to hospital procedures, charting, and specific units within one week.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Dakota or applicable license.
• Proven experience working in an operating room environment.
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts with flexibility for other shifts as needed.
• Must badge in and out at the facility.
• Scrubs provided (Ceil Blue).

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in a surgical or OR setting, ideally with familiarity of hospital protocols.
• Experience working in a fast-paced surgical environment with multiple specialties.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to various OR departments.
