- 12-hour night shifts, part-time (3 shifts per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services to adult patients in a hospital setting.
- Assist with patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Administer respiratory treatments, medications, and monitor patient response.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
- Valid Arkansas license, to be obtained at least two weeks prior to start date.
- Minimum of 2 years adult respiratory therapy experience.
- COVID vaccination not required upon submission.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous night shift experience in a hospital environment.
- Strong patient assessment and communication skills.
