- Full-time, night shift, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in labor, delivery, and postpartum units.
- Perform couplet care by managing both obstetric and postpartum needs.
- Utilize basic medical-surgical skills to care for hysterectomy patients.
- Monitor fetal well-being using fetal monitoring techniques.
- Assist with antepartum, labor, postpartum, and OB procedures.
- Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in labor and delivery nursing.
- Current certifications in BLS, FHM, NRP, and AWHONN for fetal monitoring.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- STABLE certification.
- Ability to work with obstetric and postpartum patients in a fast-paced environment.
