Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray and CT imaging procedures on patients in a hospital setting.
• Operate GE CT, GE X-Ray, GE portable X-Ray, and Bayer Med-Rad Injector equipment.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records (Cerner Rad Net, Phillips PACs).
• Adhere to unit-specific policies and dress code, including wearing black scrubs.
• Float to the hospital Emergency Department if required, providing flexible support.

Required Qualifications

• ARRT (R)(CT) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of radiology tech experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to patient care standards.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with advanced imaging equipment.
• Familiarity with hospital EMR systems (Cerner Rad Net, Phillips PACs).
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 12-hour days.
• Work at Mission Hospital's FSED located on Hendersonville Road in Asheville, NC.
• Please be prepared to float to the ED if needed during shift.
• Starting date: November 16, 2025.
• Candidates must wear black scrubs and hold current ARRT (R)(CT) certification.

Note: This assignment is a travel position for an experienced Radiology Technician.
