Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in an acute care hospital setting.
• Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions.
• Document patient progress accurately within the designated Electronic Medical Record system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adapt therapy techniques as needed within scope to meet facility needs.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Ability to work the specified day shift hours.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Level II Trauma center or large hospital setting.
• Familiarity with Cerner charting system.
• Open to first-time therapists with the required qualifications.
