Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a clinical setting.
• Complete documentation directly with the credentialing organization prior to start.
• Adhere to licensing and equipment requirements during assignments.
• Follow established protocols for patient care and treatment plans.
• Maintain active licensure and relevant certifications.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in setting up or delivering physical therapy services.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Equipment will be provided during interviews.
• Willingness to work day shifts, Monday through Friday.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a similar clinical environment.
• Familiarity with credentialing processes and documentation standards.
