Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership as the House Supervisor during night shifts.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for a diverse age range, including pediatric to geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure quality and compliance in patient care.
• Function independently, utilizing critical thinking and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Support and mentor nursing staff as needed.
• Manage emergency situations and coordinate patient care across departments.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in critical access, emergency room, or medical-surgical nursing.
• Ability to wear multiple hats including assessment, planning, and intervention.
• Strong leadership and independent decision-making skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience as a House Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Experience working with pediatric through geriatric patient populations.
• Ability to adapt to varied responsibilities in a critical access setting.
