Job Title
- Registered Nurse - Endoscopy/GI

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Days shifts, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during GI and Endoscopy procedures in a fast-paced environment
- Provide pre-procedure and post-procedure care in PACU, admission, and recovery areas
- Support procedures involving moderate sedation, requiring EKG screening on the first day
- Ensure compliance with all safety and procedural protocols
- Maintain equipment and supplies, including Olympus scopes and endoscopy supplies
- Document procedures and patient information accurately using Epic EMR system
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois nursing license
- CPR and ACLS certifications
- Experience with GI lab/endoscopy procedures (minimum 2+ years)
- Ability to pass an EKG test with 80% or higher on the first day
- Epic EMR experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with moderate sedation procedures
- Familiarity with Olympus scopes and endoscopy supplies
- Previous PACU, admission, or recovery nursing experience

- No floating, weekend, or holiday requirements
- No more than 7 days off allowed
- Orientation on Mondays
