Part-time, 12-hour shifts, days, working 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting.
- Monitor patient health, administer medication, and document care using electronic medical records.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
- Follow facility protocols and safety procedures.
- Assist with patient assessments and updates on resident condition.
- Support a team-oriented environment focused on resident well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of North Dakota.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (e.g., PCC system).
- IV-C certification (preferred for LPNs).
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adhere to schedule requirements.
- Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Familiarity with common diagnoses and resident care needs.
- Ability to work every third weekend and holiday shifts.
