Part-time, 12-hour shifts, days, working 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting.
• Monitor patient health, administer medication, and document care using electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
• Follow facility protocols and safety procedures.
• Assist with patient assessments and updates on resident condition.
• Support a team-oriented environment focused on resident well-being.

Required Qualifications

• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of North Dakota.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (e.g., PCC system).
• IV-C certification (preferred for LPNs).
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adhere to schedule requirements.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Familiarity with common diagnoses and resident care needs.
• Ability to work every third weekend and holiday shifts.
