Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with physician orders.
• Document patient progress and treatment details accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing, safety, and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia.
• Experience in clinical setting with physical therapy practices.
• Ability to complete documentation directly with ATI prior to assignment approval.
• Willingness to start with a compact license but must obtain permanent licensure immediately.
• Equipment for therapy provided during interview.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with ATI or similar healthcare providers.
• Familiarity with credentialing processes and documentation.
