- Full-time, on days, 5 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients according to treatment plans
- Complete documentation and communicate directly with ATI as required before assignment begins
- Adhere to all licensing, credentialing, and equipment protocols
- Maintain active licensure and comply with all facility requirements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active physical therapist license in Illinois
- Experience in setting up therapy treatments and equipment
- Ability to complete documentation accurately and timely
- Willingness to start with a compact license and obtain full permanent licensure immediately
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a similar setting or with ATI preferred
- Knowledge of therapy procedures and documentation requirements
