Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type:
Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, contract, onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized telemetry nursing care to adult patients in a hospital setting
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic data
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, and titrate vasoactive and sedation medications as prescribed
• Recognize and manage cardiac dysrhythmias and post-STEMI conditions
• Use Epic electronic health record system for documentation and care coordination
• Work every other weekend as part of the scheduled shifts

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts RN license
• 2-3 years of related nursing experience, preferably in telemetry
• Epic EHR experience is mandatory
• Successful pass/fail ECG/telemetry tests, medication tests at orientation day
• CPR (AHA), ACLS (AHA) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Ventilator management experience
• Vasoactive and sedation titration experience
• Hemodynamic monitoring expertise
• Cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management skills
• CCRN certification preferred
