Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, temporary (13-week assignment)
• Day shift, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (additional shifts may be required)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing elective surgical procedures in a busy OR setting.
• Assist with maintaining sterile techniques and surgical equipment.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Document patient care and surgical procedures accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Adhere to unit policies, safety protocols, and best practices to ensure patient safety and quality care.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years perioperative nursing experience.
• Strong knowledge of OR procedures, sterile techniques, and patient assessment.
• Experience working with Meditech EMR system.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to a team environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Orthopedics, Spine, Cardiology, or Vascular procedures.
• Prior experience with robotic surgeries and complex elective cases.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
