Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in a telemetry unit to adult patients.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and manage patients with complex cardiac conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Perform ECG, medication administration, and hemodynamic monitoring.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during 12-hour night shifts.
- Comply with all hospital policies and clinical guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts nursing license.
- 2-3 years of nursing experience in a telemetry or cardiac care setting.
- CPR-AHA certification.
- ACLS-AHA certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration.
- Knowledge of cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management.
- Post-STEMI patient care experience.
- CCRN certification preferred.
