• Temporary, 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week, 8-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide critical care nursing services in ICU, including ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, and hemodynamic monitoring.

• Recognize, interpret, and manage cardiac dysrhythmias and post-STEMI care.

• Float as needed to PACU, step-down units, and emergency department to care for a variety of patients.

• Adhere to all hospital protocols, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety.

• Complete ECG/Tele and medications tests at orientation, with experience in Epic EMR required.

• Maintain compliance with all licensing and certification requirements throughout the assignment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts RN license (may apply at time of offer).

• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant ICU experience.

• Current BLS (CPR-AHA), ACLS (AHA), Ventilator management, Vasoactive, and Sedation titration certifications.

• Ability to pass ECG/Tele and medications tests on orientation day.

• Experience with cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management.

• No local candidates within 50 miles of facility.

• Willingness to work every other weekend and float as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CCRN certification preferred.

• Experience with Epic electronic health record system.
